  • HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR RECURRING MY CAVE BOX SHIPMENTS?
    Simply come here and click “Get Started” in the upper left. It’s easy, but if you ever need help, you can email Nicole, or call (805) 642-9449 and ask for the retail department.
  • DO I NEED TO SIGN UP FOR A CONTRACT? IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP FEE?
    Never! There is no contract and no fee. You can cancel at anytime.
  • WHAT COMES IN MY CAVE BOX?
    Your box begins with your wine preference, which you set in the sign up process. The contents of your Cave Box will fit within the parameters that you choose, and include three bottles of wine.
  • HOW DO I GIVE A SINGLE CAVE BOX AS A GIFT?
    Start by going to the gifts page to see your options. Then when ready, call Nicole at (805) 642-9449. As your gifting agent, Nicole will walk you through all options and help to give your gift that personal touch.
  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
    If you ever want to cancel, you can email Nicole, or call (805) 642-9449 and ask for Nicole.
  • IS THERE ANYONE THAT I CAN SPEAK TO IF I HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS?
    Yes! Simply email us at The Cave, or call (805) 642-9449 and ask to speak to someone in our retail department.
  • CAN YOU SHIP ANYWHERE?
    No, we cannot ship internationally, and we are currently only shipping to the following Western United States: AZ, CA, ID, NM, NV, OR and WA.
  • HOW OFTEN DOES MY CAVE BOX ARRIVE?
    It’s up to you! You specify shipping frequency when you sign up - anywhere from monthly (12x / year), to bi-monthly (6x year), to quarterly (4x / year).
  • CAN I PICK UP MY BOX?
    Yes! You can pick up at The Cave in Ventura CA if that works better. Contact them directly to learn more, or call here at (805) 642-9449.
  • WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT SHIPPING?
    Go to our shipping page for all the info you might need.
  • HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
    It’s $45 per box shipment, or if you choose premium bottle selection, it’s $90 per box shipment. This amount will be billed according to the shipping frequency you choose, from monthly (12x / year), to bi-monthly (6x year), to quarterly (4x / year).
  • HOW DO I SUSPEND OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
    If you ever want to cancel, you can email Nicole, or call (805) 642-9449 and ask for Nicole.
  • ARE THERE “PENALTIES” OR FEES IF I WANT TO CANCEL?
    Never! There is no contract and no fee. You can cancel at anytime.
  • IS SHIPPING INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION PRICE?
    No, standard ground shipping is in addition to the subscription price.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET A BAD OR “OFF” BOTTLE?
    That hasn’t happened yet, but if it ever did, you would just contact Nicole at ((805) 642-9449 and she’ll remedy the situation! Likely by sending you a new bottle.
  • CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
    If you ever need to cancel, you can email Nicole (@) mycavebox.com, or call (805) 642-9449 and ask for Nicole.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY BOX ARRIVES DAMAGED?
    Ouch! We would pay for shipping for you to send it back, and then Nicole would send you a new box.
  • WHAT IF I DISLIKE A PARTICULAR BOTTLE OF WINE, OR A PARTICULAR ITEM IN MY BOX?
    That hasn’t happened yet, but if it ever did, you would just contact Nicole at (805) 642-9449 and she’ll remedy the situation! Likely, you would be asked to send the opened bottle back (we would pay for shipping) and a new bottle would be sent to you.
